    Spec-Driven Development, done right

    Writing the spec before the code and getting the AI to follow it from start to finish.

  3. Week 3Nov 10

    SDD + custom superpowers

    Commands, subagents and your own skills for your stack: the AI working the way your team works.

  4. Week 4Nov 17

    MCP: use the existing ones and build your own

    Connecting AI to your APIs, your repo and your database. We build an MCP server from scratch.

  5. Week 5Nov 24

    RAG from scratch

    Embeddings, chunking, search and citations. Your own information inside the answers.

  6. Week 6Dec 1

    RAG in production

    Evaluation, reranking, real documents and the most common traps. When NOT to use RAG.

  7. Week 7Dec 8

    From repo to production I

    Automating the release: continuous integration, tests and AI-assisted reviews.

  8. Week 8Dec 15

    From repo to production II

    Automatic deploys, monitoring, rollback and keeping the monthly spend in check.
