You write every line of code, no copy-paste.
Two projects
Built from scratch, from the idea to the deploy.
AI at the end
The basics first; AI in the last week.
What you will learn, week by week
Each week starts on Tuesday.
Week 1Oct 27
How it all works (and your first program)
What happens when you run a program. Terminal, files and environment. You write your first code line by line.
Week 2Nov 3
Programming logic
Variables, conditionals and loops. Solving problems by hand until it comes naturally.
Week 3Nov 10
Functions and data structures
Lists, objects and dictionaries. Organising information and not repeating code.
Week 4Nov 17
Your first project from scratch
A complete app built by you, no copy-paste. From the idea to code that works.
Week 5Nov 24
Git and GitHub
History, branches, pull requests and teamwork. Your code saved and in order.
Week 6Dec 1
How the web works
HTTP, client and server, JSON. You call your first API and see what travels underneath.
Week 7Dec 8
Databases and your own API
Modelling information, SQL and a full CRUD. Second project, end to end.
Week 8Dec 15
Deployment and first contact with AIAI comes in
You publish your project on the internet. Only now do we use AI: what to ask it and how to review what it gives back.
